1. Introduction

Welcome to ANNEXRA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with ANNEXRA for software development, web design, or consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

ANNEXRA provides custom software development, UI/UX design, cloud architecture, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees, ANNEXRA transfers the intellectual property rights of the custom deliverables to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. ANNEXRA retains the right to use the project as part of our portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

Payment structures (e.g., upfront deposits, milestone payments) will be detailed in the project invoice or SOW. Late payments may result in a pause of project work until the balance is cleared.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANNEXRA strives to deliver high-quality, bug-free software. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered software.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
